Empower your internal team for total independence. We offer a complete, hands-on training workshop for your on-site medical staff or safety team. We teach your personnel the patented Insta-Mold® process from start to finish.
- Comprehensive Training: Includes ear canal pre-inspection, silicone mixing/syringing, the entire finishing process including clear coating application, cord attachment, as well as installation of acoustic filters, and two-way radio integration.

3. Professional Finishing Services
The “Hybrid” model for maximum efficiency. You perform the fittings in-house, then send the “raw” earplugs to the Insta-Mold® lab. We handle the technical “shop work” so your team doesn’t have to.

The Insta-Mold Hearing Protection Device is made from our proprietary Insta-Mold Featherweight Instant Silicone. A product we formulated and have been manufacturing & selling to ear doctors, audiologists, and hearing aid specialists worldwide for over 30 years.
We are now bringing this technology directly to your site.
This is not a copy of a copy. The Featherweight silicone is syringed directly into the ear, duplicating every crevice & contour for an earplug that is a TRUE CUSTOM FIT.
The silicone cures to a soft elastic rubber that will bend with the ear canal during normal mouth & jaw movement. Creating a hearing protector that is comfortable, simple to insert, & fits in the ear the correct way, the exact same way every time it is worn.

Metal Detectable for the Food Industry
Insta-Mold offers a metal-detectable version of its proprietary Featherweight Instant Silicone. A stainless-steel powder is blended into the silicone in advance. There is no need to add a metal ball or other foreign substance into the earplugs.
Signal Length Testing and Results
The metal detectable Insta-Mold Custom Hearing Protector is detectable down to 1.3 mm cubes.
Magnetic Susceptibility For Easier Retrieval
If a hearing protector falls into a vat of liquid it can be easily found and retrieved with a rare earth magnet.

Acoustic Filters
