Insta-Mold Products, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation ("Insta-Mold" or "we" or "us"), maintains this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") as part of its General Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms").

We may collect personal information and other information about you through your use of Web sites operated by us, including, but not limited to, www.instamold.com (collectively, the "Site") and through other content and services made available by us (including customer support) (collectively with the Site, the "Services"). We have developed this Privacy Policy to explain what kinds of information we collect about you, how we use that information and with whom and under what circumstances it may be shared.

Your use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy and your consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to abide by this or any future version of the Privacy Policy do not use or access the Services.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information that you provide to us voluntarily, including when you contact us, make a request or inquiry with us, create an account through the Services or purchase a product, including, but not limited to, through the completion of registration or order forms. We also collect personal information you provide that may be necessary to use the Services or certain portions of the Services, such as creating an account on the Site or and other personal information that we may request in connection with an inquiry or purchase or otherwise.

For example, when you create an account with Insta-Mold we ask you to provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and areas of interest or hobbies. Creation of an account with Insta-Mold may be required to use certain portions of the Services.

If you are making a purchase, we will also ask for you for credit card information, billing address and shipping address and other information as may be necessary to process the payment, such as credit card expiration date, security code, account holder.

If you contact us for customer service assistance we may request your name and certain other information as may be necessary to assist you with your request or order.

What Other Kinds Of Information Do We Collect?

If you purchase a product for someone else, we will ask you for the name and address of the person to whom the product should be sent along with your name, contact information and billing information.

We may also collect information regarding your purchase history or customer service requests history.

If you are a member of a social network or similar service, and you use functionality made available through the Services or otherwise authorize us to associate your Service account with that network or service, both we and the network or service may gather information about your behavior on the Service and may associate that information with personal information we and the network or service already have about you.

How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?

We take precautions to protect the personal information we collect and may implement various administrative, technical and physical security measures, as we deem appropriate.

We use Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology for the exchange of sensitive information when you make a purchase. Some features of the Services are not encrypted and you should consider this before transmitting any sensitive or confidential information through features on the Services.
